Different instructional cum demonstration units like vermicompost production, bakery, fruit processing, spirulina production, bio pesticides and botanical pesticides preparation, bio fertilizers production, soil testing laboratory, poultry, nursery were established at KVK for training and demonstration purposes. Supporting staffs have been appointed for implementation of project activities and demonstration units.  Due to these projects, KVK was able to get 20 to 25 additional staffs.  These project staff has helped in increasing outreach of KVK activities on wider area. Through HRD, the KVK’s technical staffs have undergone trainings on different technologies like spirulina production, bio pesticides and bio fertilizers production, bakery and fruit processing at different national level research institutes. This has helped to develop new skills among the staff and transfer these innovative technologies among the farming community.
